We had a rattle/clunking noise in the front of our cx-9. We took it to a couple of garages and they couldn't determine where the noise was coming from. We decided to take it to Chris because he's a red seal certified mechanic. That was the best decision we could have made, they found the loose bolts almost immediately, they also did a full service including oil change. They were extremely professional and friendly, their work and knowledge is topnotch. Excellent customer service along with extremely reasonable prices. This is our new service centre. We highly recommend Chris Hines Automotive for all your automotive needs!
Dealt with the shop only by phone initially. Dropped the car off and work was performed as requested and at a fair cost. Courteous staff were helpful with scheduling additional work needed. Very knowledgeable. Positive customer experience.
