Regular scheduled maintenance for your Volvo is important, especially as it ages and increases in mileage. Volvo recommends Major Service II every 30,000, or 30 months, and continues for the following mileage intervals: 60,000, 90,000, 120,000, 150,000, etc.
Volvo’s Major Service II consists of the same checks in Major Service I, and adds the following comprehensive checks/services:
- Check fuel and brake lines/hoses
- Check battery fluid level and mounting
- Inspect Bevel gear in all-wheel drive models
- Replace cabin air filter
- Check/adjust parking brake
